ARMA Database Administration: Receipt and analyzing the requirements for flexible use of airspace from clients. Negotiating with various ATC units for the required airspace utilization. Ensuring equity in Airspace usage. Advising clients with approvals / not approvals / additional requirements for usage of the required Airspace. Keeping record of all received and approved / not approved requests.
Web Page Management: Receipt and analyzing the requirements for slot booking from clients. Checking availability and allocation of slot. Ensuring equity. Advising clients with approvals / not approvals / offers / additional requirements for slot bookings. Keeping record of all received and approved / not approved / offered requests. Monitoring slot performance and slot utilization. Submission of Daily slot sheets to CLD and clients. Submission of Monthly slot sheets to clients.
CRA Management: Receipt and analyzing the requirements for RPL’s from clients. Distribution to various ATC units and input into Anais System. Advising clients of RPL’s effective date. Keeping record of RPL’s processed.
Data Analysis: Analysis of Airspace Usage. Analysis of Slot booking requests. Analysis of Slot utilizations for an airport. Analysis of Slot occupancy per operator. Analysis of flights filed in RPL’s form.
Tracking Contract Management: Research and collect information through means of published documentation (IAIP), internet, intranet and other information means. Updating and distribution of researched information on CAMU Webpage.
Minimum requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12, Diploma in Computer Systems, Formal ISO Training, Must have held a Validated ATSA License including 3 years’ Experience

- ATSO rating
- Have held a validated ATSO License
- 3 years ATSO experience
