Develop Market perspective: Collecting market trends and records and evaluating performance calculated against projected revenue budgets. Evaluating current economic situations and preparing revenue forecasts with respective business development managers. Analyzing requests for proposals and tenders, coordinating response plan with respective business development managers. Ensure that the CRM System and reporting templates are fit for purpose and adequately supports the Business Development activities. Give input into the development and implementation of market research and customer satisfaction surveys.
Financial Perspective: Assisting management in the development and evaluation of rolling revenue forecast and budget. Collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting data to increase general revenue generation. Responsible for the division’s budget planning, management and variance reporting. Analyzing sales as well as performance records and interpreting outcomes of overall revenue impact. Manage, monitor and deliver on departmental budget. Develop costing models for products, services and projects. Identify and develop new products/services for revenue growth. Develop and monitor new business revenue budgets from key revenue drivers.
Drive and assist the development of commercial contracts to ensure profitability of revenue generating contracts.
Strategic Perspective: Support the design and implementation of strategies to maximise revenue. Contribute to business planning in support of the broader ATNS. strategy and Growth Strategy. Support the execution of signed MoUs and Contracts. Monthly reporting to Commercial Services Executive (ECS), the Executive Committee (EXCO) and Board Committees
Maintain the department’s Risk Register.
Pricing Perspective: Participate in the process of pricing tender bids. Responsible for the costing of proposals and or Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Customer Service Perspective: Participate in the implementation of ATNS' Customer Relationship Management database. Support business Development team in customer relations management.
Stakeholder Relationship Management Perspective: Coordinate plans with all internal Service Delivery Departments: e.g. ATA Training; Operations Technology, Finance, etc. Participate, as required, in various industry for promotional events to raise the profile of ATNS and generate leads.
Minimum requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree/National Diploma or equivalent qualification in financial/commercial or business administration from an accredited institution.
Years of Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting in a customer focused environment
