Job description
Ø Financial administration of project requirements against budget and tracking of expenditure.
Ø Creating and Receiving Project Accounting Purchase Orders and follow-up the payments for allocated projects with remittance advice every month.
Ø Maintain and update the projects payment schedule and advise all project stakeholders of changes.
Ø Ensure invoices are received and processed on time as per the payment schedule
Ø Assist and follow-up on project reporting and schedule reviews (target dates for ATNS Management Committees meetings).
Ø Assist with project meetings and taking minutes when required.
Ø Maintain an oversight of the relevant project contract to ensure the deliverables are as per the contract and milestone payment schedule.
Ø Maintain a project document tracking and registration process.
Ø Prepare a monthly report for all project status issues as per directive.
Ø Co-ordination of conferences, seminars, workshops and projects meetings.
Ø Typing, preparation and assembly of reports and presentations for the different projects.
Support and ensure compliance with the ATNS Quality Management System.Minimum requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Ø Diploma in Business Management and Administration or related.
Desirable additional Education, Work Experience and Personal Qualities
Ø Project Management Certificate
Minimum Experience
Ø 3 years’ experience as a project assistant on multi-disciplinary projects
Ø 3 years’ experience on financial accounting system
