ARMA DATABASE ADMINISTRATION - Design user-friendly databases incorporating ICAO requirements with a high level of automation. Populate the databases to the ICAO accepted standard. Maintain the databases including the Euro-control SQL Access database. Extract results and tendencies for analysis and presentation in power point program.
STATE RVSM OPERATIONAL APPROVALS DATABASE - Prepare the monthly dataset distribution to all RMAs in ICAO format. Control the accuracy of the information. Where applicable, contact CAAs to obtain or verify data. Conduct a monthly check on RVSM conformance within the RVSM band.
COLLISION RISK ASSESSMENT PREPARATION - Control the F1 Large Height Deviation Reports for AFI. Control the F2 Traffic Movement returns for AFI and calculate as required. Control the F3 Other Operational Considerations for AFI. Control the F3 Other Operational Considerations for AFI. Control, manipulate and format the F4 data returns to the standard required by the Mathematicians.
ARMA WEBSITE MANAGEMENT - Maintain the ARMA Website on a regular basis to ensure ongoing relevance of Information. Report on website outages. Design new material for incorporation into the ARMA Webpage in a user-friendly format. Review ARMA Website weekly and amend as required. Submit to Webmaster and control final product.
TRACKING CONTRACT PAYMENT - Co-ordinate the ARMA contract payments with the requirements as stipulated in the signed contract. Track each payment progression until the service provider has been paid. Co-ordinate with ATNS Finance and where applicable, the service provider point of contact
ARMA RVSM HEIGHT MONITORING - Prepare pre-Fif (pre-flight information form) for height monitoring requests Generate invoice requisition for Finance. Track RVSM results. Prepare RVSM Certificate for ARMA specialist signature. Book and prepare travel requests for the department
Minimum requirements
Minimum Formal Qualifications:
- Certificate in Computer Systems/ Safety Management / Formal Incident Investigation / Project Management
- A valid ATSO license will be an advantage
- Theoretical RVSM knowledge obtained from an accredited training institution is required
Minimum Years of Experience:
- Minimum three years’ experience in the aviation industry
- Experience in database management is required
- Ability to communicate in French will be an advantage
